As Liverpool and Villa agree Benteke deal, opinion is divided

Liverpool and Aston Villa have agreed terms for the transfer of Christian Benteke.

That basically means that the Merseyside club have agreed to pay the player's £32.5m buy-out clause. It's a fair wedge of cash for a player who's not everyone's cup of tea.

The news has been greeted with mixed opinion. Some are excited about securing a proven Premier League goalscorer, whilst others think he is wildly overpriced.
