In fairness, it is something of a dead rubber.

If, like us, you take a little bit of a weakness every time Mohamed Salah steps onto a football pitch, you’ll be disappointed to find out that only those with BT Sport 3 or Eir Sport will be able to watch the second leg of Liverpool’s Champions League last 16 game against FC Porto on Tuesday night.

With the Reds 5-0 up from that incredible first leg in Portugal, TV3 have decided to show live coverage of Paris Saint Germain v Real Madrid instead.

Real are 3-1 up from the first leg and, given the fact that Neymar has been ruled out for the rest of the season for PSG, the French side have it all to do to topple the current holders.

Graeme Souness returns to the TV3 studios alongside Neil Lennon, Brian Kerr and presenter Tommy Martin. Kevin Kilbane is on commentary duty alongside David McIntyre at Parc des Princes.

Coverage kicks-off at 7pm on 3e tomorrow night (Tuesday 6 March) with UEFA Champions League Tonight, previewing the week’s European action.

Paris SG v Real Madrid is live from 7.30pm on TV3.

There is some good news for Liverpool supporters – highlights of the Porto clash will be shown on TV3 at 10pm.
