“Parting with money is never easy, but neither is going weeks on end without being paid. Any donation big or small would be immensely appreciated.”

Fans of the club have decided to take action into their own hands by setting up a GoFundMe in an attempt to pay the side the money that they are owed.
At the time of writing, it has raised €630. The target that has been set for the fundraiser is €10,000.
A statement from the GoFundMe page itself said: “The target goal set here is not enough to resolve the situation. We may well recieve significantly less donations than the amount set. What we would like to achieve is to at least show the players and staff that the true supporters of Bray Wanderers are behind them during this tough period.”
“Parting with money is never easy, but neither is going weeks on end without being paid. Any donation big or small would be immensely appreciated. We truly hope that whatever little money we can raise here can help in any small way to those people affected.”
Bray have since made a statement claiming that all outstanding monies will be given to the players on Thursday.
The statement states that: “While the club accepts full responsibility for contractual obligations not being met on time, we have worked hard to resolve the matter.”
