Celtic legend Henrik Larsson announced as the new boss of Helsingborg

The Swedish legend has taken over the reins of his old club.
Following a successful tenure as manager of Falkenberg - whom he guided to the top-tier in Sweden and managed to keep them there, avoiding relegation with little or no financial clout - Larsson returns to his hometown club, with whom he spent two spells during his playing career.
Larsson will also get to coach his son as Jordan Larsson was signed by Helsingborg a couple of months ago. Larsson senior had taken Falkenberg as far as he could and now is taking over a bigger club and you just feel that each day is another day closer to him taking over the managerial hot-seat at a club in Glasgow who wear green and white hoops.Explore more on these topics:
