Chelsea have just won the Premier League and the internet is celebrating accordingly

Chelsea just beat West Brom by 1-0 this evening, confirming that they have won the Premier League this year, to the surprise of practically nobody.

Having dominated the league for the majority of the year, in the end it was Michy Batshuayi scored the winning goal for Chelsea, and with the goal the internet effectively called it a day. Even with two games to spare, everyone began to celebrate the team having won the league once again.
