The Reds will recoup the €32m they paid for the former Aston Villa striker last summer.
Liverpool and Crystal Palace have reportedly reached an agreement for the sale of striker Christian Benteke.
The Merseyside club are set to recoup the money spent on the Belgian, and are still left with Daniel Sturridge, Danny Ings, Sadio Mané, Roberto Firmino and Divock Origi in attack.
Oh, and Mario Balotelli, but we don’t like to talk about that.
Many Liverpool fans are happy enough to see Benteke move on, but agree that he wasn’t the flop that he has often been portrayed as in the media having scored some important goals last season.
Benteke is a talent, scored some great goals for us. Just didn't suit Klopp's system which is no-ones fault. Good luck @chrisbenteke #YNWA

I actually think Benteke is a good player. Not suited to our style but will be decent for Palace https://t.co/dlAkFveuhW

Benteke will do well at Palace. Wrong to brand him a flop at #LFC. Just the wrong player at the wrong time. Never going to fit under Klopp

Best of luck to Christian Benteke. His spell at @LFC Is no reflection on him or his attitude. Palace will hopefully see the 'villa version'

Shame it didn't work out for Benteke, no doubt he's a top striker just didn't suit our style. Good luck @chrisbenteke #YNWA
