The Kerry legend only announced his retirement from inter-county football recently.

Colm Cooper will be joining The Sunday Game this summer.

Having retired from inter-county football earlier this year, the five-times All-Ireland winner will move into punditry during RTÉ's flagship GAA highlights and analysis show.

RTÉ will announce full details of their summer GAA schedule this weekend, with 31 live games set to be broadcast on RTÉ2 Television from the qualifiers right up to the All-Ireland finals in September.

'The Gooch' - considered one of the best forwards in the history of the game - will play on with his club side Dr Crokes having won his first All-Ireland club title with the side on St Patrick's Day.
