Thanks to Nissan Ireland, Christmas is about to come early for a couple of very lucky Liverpool fans.

A much-changed Liverpool side surprised a few people with the quality of their performance against Real Madrid in the Bernabeu on Tuesday night, but a 1-0 defeat to last season’s Champions League winners means that the race to qualify for the knockout stages is going to go down to the wire.

The Reds take on Basel at Anfield on Matchday 6 on December 9 and the famous ground will be rocking as the home crowd try and do their part to drive Brendan Rodgers’ side into the last 16.

If you’re lucky, you and a friend could be there on what should be a cracking occasion as the generous folks at Nissan Ireland have two pairs of tickets to give away, with each pair of tickets including expenses worth €500 to help out with flights, accommodation and spending money.

All you have to do to be in with a chance to win is enter the Matchday 4 Goal of the Week competition over here and pick your favourite effort from this week’s Champions League action.

The Goal of the Week poll will be open from Friday 7 November until Sunday 23 November so make sure to vote early and ensure you don’t miss out on the prize.

Best of luck!
