Conor McGregor has made a huge jump in the UFC Pound-For-Pound rankings
The takeover continues.
He's never been a person that's short of confidence but one of the more interesting quotes from Conor McGregor's post-fight press conference was his belief that he's currently the best pound-for-pound fighter in the UFC.
It seems that The Notorious still has some work to do in the eyes of the UFC decision makers and data crunchers thought because they've just updated their list of the best Pound-For-Pound fighters.
The new Featherweight Champion has risen to third on the list but he's still behind Flyweight Champion Demetrious Johnson and the former Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones.
After reigning supreme for the best part of a decade in the division, it's not surprising to see Jose Aldo slip down the pecking order but that's not the only notable change following UFC 194 as the new Middleweight champion Luke Rockhold comes into the rankings in ninth place while former champion Chris Weidman drops eight places to 11th.
