After being touched by the death of a friend, Conor McGregor gave some moving words about mental health
One of Ireland's leading MMA stars has taken to Facebook this evening to pay his respects to Kamil Rutkowski, a member of the Straight Blast Gym and, by all accounts, a hugely talented martial artist himself.
McGregor and Rutkowski were clearly close and the message which he left on his Facebook page is evidence enough of how much his friend's death has meant to him. However, there is also a great and touching message about mental health, about talking about your problems and, importantly, about simply being there to listen to someone who might be going through a difficult time.
