Conor Murray surprises Munster fan by showing up to his house with a jersey

Just another reason to love Conor Murray.

Despite the fact that Munster’s Conor Murray couldn’t take any part in the Autumn Internationals due to a neck injury, the sensational scrum-half wasn’t going to be left out of the celebrations.

As we all saw, Murray kicked every ball and cheered every tackle/try/conversion from his seat during Ireland’s historic win over the All Blacks.

With players like Murray, Robbie Henshaw and Sean O’Brien to return to the panel, the national team is in an incredibly healthy position as they get set for a massive 2019 that will see them try to retain their Six Nations title and more crucially, make an impression at the Word Cup.

On that note, there’s no denying that Murray is a world class operator because he’s one of – if not the – best scrum-half in the game.

Aside from this, he’s also one hell of a nice guy as despite the fact that he’s now back in full training – great news that we’re delighted to see – Murray made the trip to Abbeyfeale, Limerick to meet a Munster supporter named Stephen.

Stephen’s brother Jeremiah shared the footage on Twitter and we especially love the mam’s nonchalant delivery of the line: “Conor Murray, how are you? You’re very welcome.”

A superb player on the pitch, and a gent off it.

Great stuff.
