England & Sunderland international, Adam Johnson has been arrested on suspicion of sex with a 15-year-old girl.
The BBC's Sports' Editor Dan Roan named the footballer on Twitter this afternoon.

The Metro and The Sun had earlier reported that an English international footballer currently playing in the Premier League had been arrested over allegations of ' having sex with a 15-year-old girl.'
They reported that he was arrested at his home this morning at 9.15am and brought to a police station.
