England & Sunderland international, Adam Johnson has been arrested on suspicion of sex with a 15-year-old girl.

The BBC's Sports' Editor Dan Roan named the footballer on Twitter this afternoon. https://twitter.com/danroan/status/572445401661497345 The Metro and The Sun had earlier reported that an English international footballer currently playing in the Premier League had been arrested over allegations of ' having sex with a 15-year-old girl.' They reported that he was arrested at his home this morning at 9.15am and brought to a police station. More to follow... Hat-tip to Metro with original report from The Sun.
