The Ireland rugby squad are in Argentina right now in preparation for their test series opener with the Pumas on Saturday. Joe Schmidt’s side trained at Hurling Club in the capital yesterday and a few of the lads decided to pull out a few hurleys for a puck around.

Conor Murray and Simon Zebo are a dab hand at our native sport as they played with Patrickswell and Blackrock respectively as youngster but Rodney Ah You gave them a run for their money. The New Zealand born Connacht prop also had a go and didn’t look too uncomfortable, the only explanation we can think of for him giving it a go in the first place is that he must be hanging out with Joe Canning or something.

The first of two tests kicks off at 7.40pm Irish time Saturday.
