The result might have suggested otherwise but Mayo’s victory over Tyrone in the first All-Ireland football semi-final on Sunday was far from the procession that many had predicted.

Host Conor Heneghan is joined by Sean Nolan and Declan Whooley (Shane was busy dealing with all the TV offers that came his way following last week’s very enjoyable Championship Matters appearance with his recently-appointed agent) to discuss the main talking points from Sunday’s game such as Mayo’s early lethargy, the emergence of new leaders in green and red and the effect that the departure of some of their main men had on Tyrone.

We’ll know the identity of Mayo’s opponents in the final come Sunday evening after what could well be a mouth-watering encounter between age old rivals Dublin and Kerry at Croke Park.

The Dubs are raging hot favourites but the panel discuss if Kerry have a shock in them or if it would even be considered a shock if they come out on the right side? The age profile of both sides is also a matter for debate as is the depth of talent at Jim Gavin’s disposal compared to Kerry, who were dealt a significant blow with the loss of Killian Young to injury at the weekend.

All the lads put their necks on the line with predictions for the big game this weekend as part of eircom’s Win, Lose or Draw game and if you enter or have already done so, there are precious All-Ireland Final tickets up for grabs.
