Well, what can you say about that? Pretty much everyone fortunate to have been at, or tuned into, Sunday’s All-Ireland semi-final between Dublin and Kerry will tell you that it was one of the greatest games ever seen, living up to and probably surpassing the classics that the two have delivered in the past.

So good was it in fact, that it’s almost impossible to breakdown and analyse rationally but after a good deal of fan-worship, host Conor Heneghan, Sean Nolan and Declan Whooley talk about some of the finer points of the game, where it was won and lost, the key moments and the key men, including Michael Darragh McAuley, Diarmuid Connolly and Colm Cooper after another performance for the ages.

After waxing lyrical about the football, the lads turn their attention to the big one at Croke Park this weekend with an in-depth preview of the All-Ireland hurling final, with Cork and Clare going head to head for the second time in the Championship and the fourth time this year if you count the league as well.

The relevance of those past encounters is up for discussion, as is the tactical battle, the most important individual match-ups, what sort of role if any Brian Murphy will play for Cork and last, but not least, the musical battle in the run-up to the big game, which is currently being dominated by Clare thanks in no small part to the efforts of the one and only MC Banner.

There are no football matches to predict this weekend but remember you can put yourself in with a chance of winning precious All-Ireland Football Final tickets by entering eircom’s Win, Lose or Draw game on the experiencemore.ie website.
