Get planning rugby fans, the schedule for the 2015 Rugby World Cup is here

It’s a little under two years away yet, but it’s no harm to get the planning done good and early all the same.

It’s a little under two years away yet, but it’s no harm to get the planning done good and early all the same.

Chances are you’re still down in the dumps after the bitterly disappointing last-gasp defeat to the All-Blacks on Sunday, but although it’s a long way away yet, a look ahead to what’s in store for Ireland at the Rugby World Cup in two years’ time might be just the tonic you’re looking for.

The schedule for the tournament with dates and kick-off times was released today, along with ticket prices for the various matches, which start at £7 for children and £15 for adults.

Unfortunately, none of those prices apply to Ireland matches, with ticket prices starting at £15 for children and £50 for adults for all four pool games, rising to as much as £250 for a Category A ticket for what could be a crucial final pool game against France in the Millennium Stadium.

You can view all of the fixtures in full here and ticket prices here, but we’ve listed the times, dates and venues for Ireland’s pool matches below, as well as (fingers crossed) potential quarter-final dates should we get through the pool, with the All-Blacks likely lying in wait in the last eight if we progress as runners-up in Pool D.

No pressure lads.
