Hard to believe that the 2018/19 season is coming to a close, but we’ve officially reached the business end of things. This year’s FA Cup Final is a particularly spicy affair, with underdogs Watford hoping to cause an upset against the behemoth that is Manchester City.
This is Watford’s first appearance in the FA Cup Final in 35 years, and they have absolutely nothing to lose. Man City on the other hand will have their work cut out for them against a Watford side that did exceptionally well to knock Wolves out in the semi-final stage.
It’s all set up to be an epic encounter, and what way to preview it than enjoying the company of football legends like John Barnes and Niall Quinn? Thanks to the good folk over at Budweiser, both former players, who togged out for Liverpool and Man City respectively, will be at our FA Cup Final Preview night at the Tramline Bar on D’Olier Street this Tuesday, 14 May.
Those in attendance will get to hear some of their best stories about being in the game, as well as their own thoughts on how the game will go. Doors open at 8.00pm, with the show kicking off at 8.30pm.
To top it off, there will also be two tickets to the FA Cup Final up for grabs on the night. That prize includes flights and accommodation as well, so all you’d have to do is show up on time.
