The Red Sox took on the Blue Jays yesterday evening in Fenway Park, but the catch of the night easily went to one half-assed fan sitting in the stands...

This video just goes to show that you don’t have to crush a little old lady just to get your hands on a foul ball. The bloke in question was happily munching away on a bag of popcorn when he nonchalantly grabbed the ball as it bounced towards the stands and offers it up to the young woman sitting next to him like it was nothing... It’s a great catch and an even better reaction from the fan who just goes back to eating his popcorn. Hero.

We also love how the girl in the red hat sitting to the left of the catcher turns to the guy she’s with and says something along the lines of, ‘I could have caught that’. Yes, you probably could, but you certainly wouldn’t have looked half as cool as the guy that did... H/T SBNation
