Holy sh*tballs; LeBron James is going back to Cleveland

The Decision II has produced a story even more remarkable than Decision I.

JOE

The Decision II has produced a story even more remarkable than Decision I.

After four years in Miami, Sports Illustrated are reporting that LeBron James is returning to play for his original, and home-town team, the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Born and raised in Akron, Ohio, near the city of Cleveland, Lebron went straight from school to the Cavaliers and he played the first seven years of his career with the Cavs, but was not able to win the coveted NBA title with the team.

In 2010 he was a free agent and he went on TV to declare his decision to ‘take his talents to South Beach’, a move that broke the hearts of his home-town fans.

In Miami LeBron went to four consecutive finals, winning two, but he opted out of his deal this year to see what the club would offer. It seems that he wasn’t impressed by the moves, or unable to agree a salary that worked with the other big names Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade, and he is now back with his old side.

It is truly a sensational story and America loves second acts. If, and it is still an if, he can win a title at Cleveland, he will bee even more of a God than he already is. And, the NBA just got a whole lot more interesting, as LeBron playing with the likes of Kyrie Irving is sensationally exciting.

As the man himself tells SI; ‘I’m ready to accept the challenge. I’m coming home.’

Wow.
