Here’s a story to put hope in the hearts of every person out there who likes a flutter. Paddy Power have posted a story on their blog about how a Belfast gambler walked away with over €115,000 for a meagre €10 bet on Monday Placing a 50p Lucky 15, totalling £7.50, all four of the horses won, at very decent odds. The horses were Fol Hollow 12/1, North London 12/1, Camerooney 22/1 and Compton Prince 33/1 and they ran at the less glamourous locations of Newton Abbot, Bath and Hamilton. The bet actually returned a number just shy of €100,000, £82,319.20 in fact, but having all four winners netted a 20 per cent bonus from the bookie, earning him an extra £16,000.
