Jordan Conroy stole the headlines during Ireland's 24 - 14 Rugby Sevens win over Kenya on Saturday night with a hat-trick of tries, and he saved the best for last. The 24-year-old turned in a star-making performance in San Francisco, clocking up a top speed of 36 kilometres per hour (22.1 mph) as Ireland turned on the style. It only took seven minutes in total for the Tullamore man to register his hat-trick against the Kenyans, who made the last four of the Rugby World Cup in both 2009 and 2013.
