Joe Brolly has tweeted a very special message this Christmas Eve

A truly touching story...

Love him or loathe him, Joe Brolly has been nothing short of inspirational when it comes to his tireless work promoting organ donation and transplants here in Ireland. Much like a lot of us at this time of year, the Derryman was out enjoying some festive drinks with friends, when, in the Swilly Inn in Letterkenny, he snapped a photo of one particularly happy young man wearing a very fetching light-up Christmas jumper.
