July 9 and 10 is set to be one of the greatest weekends ever for sport on TV

Colm Boohig

Whatever you had planned for the second weekend in July, book it off now.

We shared an outstanding weekend of sport back in October, and now we have another humdinger for you… actually, this one trumps all.

Make sure that on Saturday and Sunday, July 9 and 10, you plonk yourself in front of a TV or some sort of visual device.

Why? Because the Euro 2016 final, UFC 200, the Wimbledon finals, a huge boxing rematch, the Munster hurling final, the Connacht football final and the British Grand Prix are all taking place.

Yeah, ridiculous.
