This is simply phenomenal.
UFC 229 is now less than two weeks away.
The press conference is done, the predictions have been made, now all we can do is wait until fight-night and pray that both competitors remain fit and make weight.
Until then, we’ll just have to watch the many promotional videos that will be made for us in the coming days.
And we reckon that there won’t be any better than this.
BT Sport, who will be showing the fight to subscribers in Ireland, released a promo video in the early hours of Tuesday morning, and it will have you counting down the days.
The promo video follows McGregor’s title reign since the day he became the ‘double-champ’.
We see the highs that he has reached. Locking in the biggest fight of his career, destroying a press conference in Toronto, and putting up a decent fight against arguably the best boxer of all time.
It also details his troubles. His attack on a referee at a Bellator event in Dublin, the incident in New York which saw him smash the window of a bus full of UFC fighters.
Then we get a look at the opponent. The terrifying Khabib Nurmagomedov. And the damage he has done to opponents in the past.

This has all of the ingredients of a legendary fight.
