It is unclear as to whether he will be paid following his violent antics after the fight.

A lot happened at UFC 229 in the early hours of Sunday morning.

As we’re sure you’re aware, Khabib Nurmagomedov won convincingly, tapping Conor McGregor out in the fourth round.

Then all hell broke loose.

Khabib hopped out of the octagon to attack McGregor’s teammate Dillon Danis, and a huge brawl erupted as a result.

Then, while McGregor was recovering from the devastating battering that he took, a number of Khabib’s teammates jumped into the octagon and attacked him.

McGregor didn’t appear to be hurt by the attacks, but it made for some extremely unpleasant viewing, and took the gloss off what was an incredible performance by Khabib.

Since then, it has been reported that the Dagestani fighter has not yet been paid for his role in the fight.

MMA journalist Ariel Helwani tweeted on Sunday night that he was yet to be paid, and that The Nevada Athletic Commission told Dana White that they were withholding his pay until further review of the post-fight incident.

Conor McGregor, on the other hand, was paid in full, and was paid pretty damn well…

It will be interesting to see whether Khabib is paid in full, or paid at all.
