He might be regretting it after the result in the North London derby.

Leicester City continue to sit pretty at the top of the Premier League table, but it appears as if even their own fans are having doubts about their ability to stay the course.

After reading about another Foxes fan who cashed out for £29,000 (approximately €35,000) on a bet on Leicester City winning the Premier League, another anonymous fan has decided to do likewise with Ladbrokes and is significantly richer because of it.

The fan, who wishes to remain anonymous, stood to win £250,000 after putting £50 on Leicester City to win the league at 5,000/1 at the beginning of the season, but has instead decided to settle for a cool £72,335.89 (approximately €93,600) instead.

Commenting on the punter’s decision to cash out, Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: “It’s a life-changing amount of money and we congratulate our customer for holding his nerve this long. He’s now the richest cash out punter in the entire country and we wish him all the best.”

A gutless decision or an entirely sensible one? What would you have done?
