As GAA player videos go, this has to be one of the strangest one we’ve seen plus one Wexford footballer is very confident the Dubs will win Sam. Very confident indeed…

Back to his very best this year, we wonder if a spot of specialist spa treatment was the key to Liam Rushe’s recent form.

The Dublin hurler has been spectacular for Anthony Daly’s team this year, ruling the roost at centre back and he was the star man in both games as they eventually dumped Kilkenny out of the Leinster Championship, inflicting a first defeat on the Cats at provincial level in nine years.

The 23-year-old was carried off the pitch by the Dublin supporters at O’Moore Park on Saturday night, saving his feet a little work and if this video is anything to go by, the Palmerstown man likes to look after his tootsies.

Sent into us by Bob Abbey, the clip has been on YouTube for a few months so perhaps the work of the fish can at least claim some credit for the defender’s brilliant season to date.

Perhaps he will popularise the fish pedicure as the latest thing in GAA preparation. Based on this video, it looks like Liam would prefer a cryo session any day.

You can bet your underpants on the Dubs for the All-Ireland

Yesterday Adrian Flynn played for Wexford as they went down to Meath in the first Leinster semi-final. Then he hung around to watch the second one between Dublin and Kildare and we think it is safe to say that Flynn, like the rest of us, was very impressed with what he saw.

So impressed in fact that he has issued a brave claim on Twitter this morning. Time to favourite this one and let’s all remind him if the Dubs do slip up.

If Dublin don’t win the all Ireland this year, I’ll eat my own underpants!
