Brian O’Driscoll was riding on the crest of a wave today, a bit like the Lions prior to the second Test, in the squad’s beach recovery session.
The Wallabies edged another nail-biter yesterday, this week the home side benefiting from a last-gasp penalty attempt as the series will come down to a final game decider in Sydney this Saturday.
The players will be assessed over the coming days after another bruising encounter and today the players were recovering with some water activities which some seemed to revel in better than others.
O’Driscoll looked to be a bit of a natural – rumour has it he can walk on water after all – while Tommy Bowe was also doing his best Messiah impression.
However not all the players seemed to be so comfortable on the board, with Stuart Hogg taking his time to get to grips with it all.
