Liverpool fans will have memorised absolutely everything from THAT night in Istanbul 13 years ago. Naming the starting XI from that one wouldn't (or at least shouldn't) prove difficult; sure they could probably tell you what they had for dinner that night. But the game that came two years later... not so much. Same opposition, different outcome. Even the most die-hard of Liverpool fans could be forgiven for blocking this night out of their memory. The match in Athens finished 2-1 as Liverpool couldn't recreate their magic from two years' previous.
