O’Neill and Keane have returned to the Irish team hotel and have been seen by the team doctor as a precaution.
The FAI posted a tweet this evening saying that the car in which the Irish management team were travelling was rear ended in traffic on the M50.
The ROI mgmt team were involved in collision on M50 earlier. Vehicle was rear ended in traffic. Have rtn'd to hotel & been seen by team Doc

O’Neill and Keane subsequently returned to the Irish team hotel in Malahide and were seen by the team doctor as a precaution.
According to Bernard O’Toole of UTV and Setanta Sports, a little stiffness after the collision was reported but no serious injuries were sustained.
ROI management team have arrived back at the team hotel & have been checked by the doc as a precaution. A bit stiff after minor collision.
