Two weight UFC division champion of the world, Conor McGregor entered the stage wrapped in an Irish flag and with Sinead O’Connor’s rendition of the Foggy Dew playing in the background.
He had three pounds to cut on Friday alone but as he swayed his way onto the stage, he looked like he was in perfect condition.
Flip up glasses on his head and Irish coloured beats around his neck, the buzzing atmosphere didn’t seem to phase the boy from Crumlin.
Floyd Mayweather was on the way after and was greeted with boos from the Irish fans and even had an Irish flag thrown at him as In The Air Tonight by Phil Collins filled the arena.
Mayweather smiled all the way to the stage and was milking the boos as he slowly walked towards the platform.
Up first was our very own Conor McGregor and as he stepped up to the scales and took his shades off, he weighed in at 153 pounds and his reaction said it all.
Up stepped Mayweather next and wearing Paddy Power boxers, he weighed in at 149 and a half pounds.
