He’s got a “special sandwich” ready for you, and he’s going to walk you through it in the calmest step-by-step process known to man.
Complete with “a little bit of this cranberry sauce” and “a fine big piece of red lettuce” (because “at Christmas it has to show red”), Ó Muircheartaigh demonstrates how to prepare a leftover bagel.
He also has a few words of praise for the magical piece of bread too, because “it’s the shape of the mouth”. That’s something we tend to miss what with all of the hustle and bustle of the season.
