By now we're sure you've heard that Nigel Owens has been named as the referee for this weekend's Rugby World Cup final between New Zealand and Australia.

The world of rugby has been congratulating the Welshman on his appointment over the last week, but we reckon Owens is especially chuffed with this message from his hometown.
