This is brilliant!
We’ll admit it lads, we are not avid readers of the East Oregonian newspaper.
In their sports section when reporting on a baseball match between the Oakland Athletics and the Boston Red Sox, they focused their attention on new Athletics pitcher, Pat Venditte.
Pat is a bit unusual for the Athletics because he’s their first pitcher in 20 years to have the ability to throw the ball with both arms.
The journalist obviously struggled to find the right word to describe this unique talent and they got it wrong. So very wrong.
Favorite headline of week. He pitches righty, lefty — and evidently, also underwater. Faces Aquaman in next outing. pic.twitter.com/efxaQxFp8Z

Hat-tip to Niall Murphy for alerting us to it.
