Ireland take on Germany at the Aviva Stadium this evening and considering they’re the World Champions and they beat us 6-1 on their last visit to Dublin, getting a result is a mammoth task.
Martin O’Neill sprung a surprise or two with the first XI and although Stephen Ward has plenty of experience and loads of caps for Ireland, Newstalk’s Nathan Murphy provided a stat about him this season that is the cause for more than a little concern.
