Man City’s title hopes suffered another serious blow last night as Pellegrini’s men lost 2-1 to Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.

The result effectively means that it’s the third season in a row where the team that were defending the league title have made an utter shambles of their defence but Palace are quite familiar with killing off any lingering title dreams.

Liverpool fans will remember the Eagles snatching a dramatic 3-3 draw with their side back in May as Brendan Rodgers’ men squandered a three goal lead in the final 11 minutes.

Naturally, Samir Nasri was all too happy to see Liverpool drop points last year as the title race was winding down but we think the Frenchman’s love for Crystal Palace might have diminished after their most recent result.

The Man City midfielder was sprung from the bench in the 77th minute but couldn’t help rescue a point for the Citizens.

Take a look at le karma.
