A nice touch from the Chelsea midfielder…

We’re fairly certain that football fans are sick and tired of hearing the phrase ‘magic of the cup’ being said but it definitely rings true after witnessing a truly incredible weekend of FA Cup football

Cambridge’s draw with Manchester United and Middlesbrough’s win over Man City were arguably eclipsed by Bradford City’s remarkable 4-2 win against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

Athlone born defender Alan Sheehan was an unused substitute in the Bantams win but that didn’t stop him from getting a souvenir to remember the day. As if he would forget a result like that!

Cesc Fabregas was introduced in the final 20 minutes of the game as Mourinho’s men chased the game and we’ve nothing but respect for the Spanish international for swapping shirts at the final-whistle, not every player would do the same after suffering a defeat.
