It’s not just in the octagon that MMA fighters can get a serious injury. BJ Penn’s site, BJPenn.com, posted this picture of Rafael Natal after he took a knee to the head in training.
That knee opened up a serious gash above his eye, splitting his eyebrow wide open.
It’ll take a while for this to heal up.
