PIC: Does anyone know what Aidan O’Shea’s cryptic tweet about Mayo GAA is all about?

This is the tweet that has GAA people, and mainly GAA people in Mayo, talking this morning.

The tweet came after a Mayo County Board meeting last night where a lot of topics were discussed. There's only one man that can answer that.
