Sounds like a notoriously good feed

“I’ll have the creamed Chad Mendes soup and the Notorious roast please.”

Not for the first time, Conor McGregor is the toast of the Irish nation today after becoming the Interim UFC Featherweight Champion of the World when defeating Chad Mendes in Las Vegas last night.

McGregor has been the subject of many and deserving tributes today, including a special one from the bar owned by comedian Pat Shortt in Castlemartyr in Cork.

Patrons can choose to have the creamed ‘Chad Mendes’ tomato and basil soup, the ‘and the new’ Pan Fried Hake or the ‘Notorious’ Pork Roast with Champ mash.

Food fit for a king, which is exactly what Conor himself must be feeling like today.

Hat-tip to Conor Kingston for sending this one our way
