It’s finally been confirmed; Floyd Mayweather Jr. is taking on Manny Pacquiao on May 2, 2015, in a welterweight bout at the MGM Grand Garden in Las Vegas.

It’s a fight the public has been calling for since 2009 and pits two of the finest boxers of their generation against each other in what will undoubtedly be a gargantuan cash cow event historic event.

The two men took to social media to confirm the fisticuffs.
