Rory probably needed a bigger trophy cabinet

Rory probably needed a bigger trophy cabinet.

While there’s no denying the reasons and motivations as to why most elite athletes work their ass off at a young age – the will to win, desire to be the best and winning titles is paramount – we’re still sure that most of them are happy to accept the financial rewards that come along also.

If any athletes isn’t happy to collect their winnings then I’ll take them. No? Worth a shot.

The four-time major winner sold this property in Moneyreagh, County Down in 2013 to TV presenter Gary McCausland but it’s back on the market at roughly €3.5m.

So what does this serious wedge of cash get you? The house features its own driving range and putting green, a lake with more than 1,000 trout, a tennis court, 5-a-side soccer pitch, hot tub and movie theater.

PS: I hear that it’s haunted but I’m willing to live here for 6-80 years to see if this information is correct.
