There are only a few hundred Irish supporters at the game against Bosnia in Zenica this evening, but one of them will have a fair bit of explaining to do when he does eventually get home.
Yesterday, William Murphy was wondering where his Dad had gotten to having not seen him for the entire day.
Next thing he turns on the nine o’clock news on RTE and who should show up in footage of the Irish fans in Bosnia but the auld fella?

Sure who hasn’t popped out to the shops for a few minutes and ended up at an international football match thousands of miles away?
