A nation of male Irish supporters may have been guilty of getting carried away with our man love for Jon Walters following his match-winning contribution against Bosnia on Monday night.
We even cobbled together seven reasons why everyone loves the man and saw fit to include him as a late nomination for the JOE Man of the Year award. Deservedly so too, because the man’s a legend.
One Irish fan might have got a little bit more than carried away in the aftermath of Wednesday night, however, as so moved was he by the Stoke striker’s contribution that he got a tattoo of his name.

Not surprisingly, Walters has yet to respond to Nathan’s rather bizarre tribute, although we’re sure he’ll crack and reply at some point.
