Ahead of Chelsea's League Cup quarter-final clash Shrewsbury, the Blues' manager took the time to meet an 11-year-old Shrews fan named Lloyd Burton who is suffering from cancer.
Burton is massive football fan and was once a promising player but is now confined to a wheelchair after a course of chemotherapy on a brain tumour last year.
The 11 year old was delighted to meet Mourinho and he even had a picture which the Special One signed during their meet-and-greet prior to kick-off. The painting will now be auctioned off in a bid to raise money towards installing a lift and facilities in Lloyd's home.
It may be a small gesture but hopefully this meeting and autograph can go a long way towards helping Lloyd.
