Pic: Liverpool and Chelsea fans might agree with Joey Barton's take on Raheem Sterling and John Stones
Hard to argue with.
It's very seldom that you would say that Joey Barton is the voice of reason, especially since the QPR midfielder is prone to make his opinion heard on a multitude of issues via Twitter.
Raheem Sterling is currently settling in at Man City as the England international finalised his move from Anfield to the Etihad earlier this week.
If reports are to be believed, Everton's talented defender John Stones might also be a man that's on the move. Jose Mourinho has apparently had an initial £20m offer for the centre-half rejected but Chelsea are expected to bid again for the highly rated defender.
Barton seemed to hit the nail on the head though with this tweet describing the massive gulf in valuation between two of England's most promising young players.
John Stones = £20 million
Raheem Sterling = £49 million
If that turns out to be true, football transfers no longer make any sense?
