This would be some game.
A little like the last day of school before holidays when you get to wear your normal clothes and have a bit of fun, there was a real relaxed, end of season feel to the last Monday Night Football of the current campaign last night.
On that note, Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher had the sort of debate that you’d expect of football fans everywhere and settled down to pick two all-time Premier League teams; one made up of players from the UK and Ireland and the other from the rest of the world.
There were always going to be bones of contention on both sides but the teams that both Neville and Carragher came up with look damn good on paper and it would be pretty difficult to call a winner.
