UFC Fight Night 45 took place in New Jersey last night and there were some cracking fights on the card.

Last week we brought you Uriah Hall’s grisly broken toe and now we bring you an equally gruesome looking injury. Joe Proctor suffered a nasty hematoma to his head but still proceeded to win his fight with Justin Salas. The picture was tweeted by UFC President Dana White last night and, JOE has to admit, it looks pretty horrific. We think we prefer just watching UFC... Hematoma
