Pic: Oulart’s Ben O’Connor performs the GAA photobomb of the year

Having just won their fifth Wexford hurling title in a row, Oulart’s team photo was expertly interrupted by one of their own.

For a while it looked like Ferns were going to pull off the shock but in the end, it was Oulart-The Ballagh who took a fifth consecutive Wexford senior hurling title, by the score of 3-12 to 1-16.

You might think that after five on the bounce the lads would be a bit bored of success but the photos afterwards suggest that this win was every bit as special for them, maybe even more so, as they get another crack at that elusive Leinster title after losing the last three finals.

One man very happy indeed was goalkeeper Ben O’Connor, who waited until INPHO snapper Dan Sheridan was about to take a group shot, before photobombing his team-mates in very athletic fashion.
