One is a world famous athlete that’s at the top of their profession… while the other is Rory McIlroy.
To paraphrase the great Ron Burgundy, “Rory Mcllroy is kind of a big deal.” In case you didn’t know, the Belfast man claimed his 4th Major on Sunday past after winning the US PGA Championship at Valhalla.
The win marks the most impressive run of form for the current world number one and it has has seen him pick up back-to-back majors, three straight tournament wins and he is now the third youngest golfer, of the modern era since 1934, to win four career Majors.
What is the reason behind this incredible run of success? Better coaching, new clubs or maybe that whole engagement ending thing?
No, McIlroy is playing the best golf of his career thanks to one man and one man only…
